Inrevo is a high-tech innovative enterprise dedicated to the research and development of industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) big data, artificial intelligence, and industrial informatization and intelligentization applications. Our products are based on industrial IoT and big data analysis, digging into the full life cycle of products, extracting the data value throughout the entire manufacturing process, and using closed-loop digital and intelligent tools to reshape business processes, realizing true intelligent manufacturing. Our clients include industry leaders such as Apple China, Foxconn, Changxin Precision, and Hongshibaosheng. Main Work:
1. Establish department workflows and mechanisms, conduct relevant industry research and analysis, provide competitive analysis and user profiles, and formulate design specifications and component libraries.
2. During the work period, complete user experience design for product lines such as quality, efficiency, intelligent scheduling, real-time monitoring, and AI. The product repurchase rate is over 70%. In addition, we have also helped the company complete a 2.0 brand visual upgrade, fully conveying the value of our company's products and achieving success in expanding new customers.
3. Foster a team-sharing atmosphere, lead monthly design style and tool-sharing activities to promote team growth.

Design Process
Before commencing the design process, I typically begin with an analysis of the business model and an overview of the operations. I delve into user scenarios, conduct user interviews, and synthesize a product functionality framework. This approach aims to achieve designs that are truly user-centric and meet their needs more effectively.

UX/UI Design
During my work, I completed UX/UI design for product lines related to quality, efficiency, intelligent scheduling, real-time monitoring, and AI. The product repurchase rate exceeded 70%. Additionally, I assisted the company in completing a 2.0 brand visual upgrade, effectively communicating the value of our products and contributing to the acquisition of new customers.
