Carme Car

Carme Network Technology Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of BLD Group. Its core businesses are "Automall Services" and "Carme Car", which is a car aftermarket service chain brand jointly created by Sinopec and BLD Group. The company has already established over a thousand outlets nationwide.

Key responsibilities:

Led a 7-8 person design team to establish the "Automall" brand and led the design of Automall store layouts and operational activities.
Transferred roles in 2017 to become the product manager for the "Carme Car" platform. Responsible for conducting user research, competitor analysis, designing product requirements and interaction design for the consumer-facing, merchant-facing, and operations backend modules. Participated in function reviews, design reviews, product testing, product launches, and the design and review of operational activities. Through designing user feedback mechanisms, inviting users to participate in research, and establishing page conversion funnel rules, was able to more effectively improve user experience, increase page click-through and conversion rates, as well as membership annual card and operational activity participation and conversion rates, such as a 200% increase in night-time car wash users.

Introduction and research

With several years of experience in the user experience field, I have developed a keen understanding of user needs. As a result, in my role at Carme Car, I primarily focus on product design aimed at end-users, including consumer-facing (B2C) product features and the design of operational activities pages, along with some business-to-business (B2B) product functionalities. I also employ methods such as user interviews and data analysis to enhance our products.

Product Requirement Document

My primary focus encompasses Product Requirement Document (PRD) design for users side, operational activity design, seller side, and operational tools. Additionally, Enhanced my ability to communicate and coordinate with other product managers, designers, and developers. I also incorporate A/B testing and page data analysis to assess product performance.
